      50, it’s no longer just a number it’s a reality!! So much of life has gone and I have so many things left to do. One of the most important goals in my life is to inspire others to either start a fitness routine or step up their current routine.
      I love being at the gym, encouraging others to push themselves to do one more, and then one more and then one more!!! It gives me great joy to watch others meet their fitness goals and know that I have been a part of their success.
      My 2014 goal is to teach others to never give up, if you can’t do it today, come back tomorrow and try again, don’t ever give up!

      I love being in the gym and love seeing my goals accomplished little by little everyday. This wonderful feeling of accomplishment is one that I want others to feel as well. This is why I work hard to come up with the perfect workout routines that will get the best results for my clients.
      I am certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine. After playing sports most of my life, I became a coach for kids sports and was a high school soccer coach before becoming a certified personal trainer and bootcamp instructor. I am here to encourage and push everyone that trains at Extreme Results Fitness to reach their fitness goals.

      As a former lawyer turned personal fitness trainer, Erica has always believed that exercise is infinitely beneficial physically and emotionally. Yoga entered her life in 2004 as a means of calming and focus. After six years of dedicated practice, Erica decided that she would like to share her new found love with others and studied to become a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 instructor. Her classes focus on alignment and core strength, but are always creative and playful. She strives to create a practice which is challenging, yet accessible to each of her students. Erica encourages her students to “love their limitations” and remember that yoga is a Practice and each day is different in each body and we just need to breathe and enjoy the moment. She hopes that students leave class with a little more happiness and peace in their lives.
